摘要
进气系统压力损失及系统内的气流均匀度是影响发动机性能(功率,扭矩,寿命)及整车性能(油耗,排放等)的重要指标,根据经验,压力损失每增加1KPa,将损失大约3%的功率、扭矩;如果空气滤芯的气流均匀度不好,将影响空气滤芯的滤清效率及容尘量性能,从而影响发动机性能及寿命;如果空气流量计表面的气流均匀度不好,会影响空气流量计信号,导致EUC控制的喷油量不准确,从而导致油耗变多,排放过高,所以,在进气系统开发过程中,CFD仿真分析显得尤其重要,不仅可以满足发动机性能的要求,对整车油耗及排放也有积极的影响。
Pressure loss and inner air flow uniformity of air intake system is an important impact for performance of engine(power,torque,lifetime)and vehicle(fuel consumption,emission and so on),as a rule of thumb,1KPa increase of pressure loss,power and torque of engine will loss 3%,if inner air flow is not uniform enough,filtration efficiency and duct holding capacity of filter element will be worse and there will be a bad effect for engine performance and lifetime;if the air flow around mass air flow sensor is not uniform enough,it will affect signal of mass air flow sensor,ECU will get wrong information and fuel volume provided to engine will be wrong,and fuel consumption will be higher and a bad effect for emission.So,CFD simulation is very important for air intake system development,it can help fulfill target of engine,and also have a better effect for fuel consumption and emission.
