摘要
汽车离合系统是实现汽车平稳起步、平顺换档的装置,需要具有合适的储备能力、结合平顺柔和、分离迅速彻底、散热能力强、操作轻便等特点。本文重点讲述了离合器总成的结构原理及匹配设计、离合操纵机构常用的三种结构形式及匹配设计、管路布置的要点与设计规范。以江淮一种轻型汽油卡车为实例,详细讲解了离合器总成的选型、设计参数的匹配过程。在离合器总成设计过程完成后,通过选择一种离合操纵系统对离合踏板力、踏板分离结合行程进行理论校核计算,确认了此离合操纵系统中离合总泵、分泵、踏板、变速器杠杆比的具体参数与结构形式;应用平台化设计,确定了离合总泵、分泵等关键零部件的选型,以满足设计要求。
Automotive clutch system is to realize the device of the smooth start and smooth shift,it need to have the appropriate reserve capacity,combined with smooth-going,quick and complete separation,strong cooling capacity,convenient operation,etc.This article focuses on the structure principle and the matching design of clutch assembly,three commonly used structure forms of the clutch operating mechanism and the matching design,and the main points of the piping layout design specification.Take a light-duty gasoline truck of Jianghuai for example,detailed in the matching process of type selection,design parameters of the clutch assembly.After the design of the clutch assembly is completed,by choosing a clutch control system,and use it to do theoretical calculation for clutch pedal force and the process of pedal separation and binding,the specific parameters and structure forms of clutch,pump,pedal and transmission lever ratio in this clutch control system are confirmed.Applying platform design,the model selection of clutch,pump and other key components is determined,in order to meet the design requirements.
