摘要
随着运输行业的飞速发展,对运输车辆的运营效率的要求不断提高,导致匹配的发动机功率不断提高。由于传统制动系统受多重因素的限制,制动功效无法提高到同步水平,这对商用车自身的制动性能是非常大的考验。液力缓速器最高能吸收制动能量的90%,可以有效地辅助行车制动系统,故液力缓速器作为商用车制动辅助系统越来越受到人们关注和接受,已逐渐成为重型车辆主流配置。文章以某重卡车型匹配液力缓速器案例为背景,对缓速器布置形式、扭矩大小、冷却水路布置方式的选取进行了理论分析及计算。
With the rapid development of the transportation industry,the demand for the operation efficiency of the transportation vehicles is increasing,which leads to the continuous improvement of the engine power.Because the traditional braking system is limited by multiple factors,the braking efficiency can not be increased to the synchronous level,which is a great test to the braking performance of commercial vehicle itself.Hydraulic retarder can absorb 90%of the braking energy,which can effectively assist the brake system.Therefore,as a commercial vehicle braking auxiliary system,hydraulic retarder has been receiving more and more attention and acceptance,and has become the mainstream configuration of heavy track type matching hydraulic retarder,this paper theoretically analyzes and calculates the layout of the retarder,the size of the torque and the layout of the cooling water way.
