海岸线距离对濒危植物野生北沙参及伴生植被多样性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Distance from Coastline on Diversity of Endangered Plant Glehnia littoralis and Its Associated Vegetation

摘要 为有效保护和持续利用野生北沙参资源,通过野外调查,研究了大连大长山岛距海岸线50~70 m、70~90 m和90~110 m沙滩野生北沙参及其伴生植被物种组成和多样性。结果表明:野生北沙参及其伴生植被由10科15属15种草本植物组成,其中滨海沙生植物和广域性陆生植物的数量所占比例分别为85.55%和14.45%,优势种为肾叶打碗花、野生北沙参、滨麦、矮生薹草和马唐。3条海岸线区域内,肾叶打碗花密度从高到低依次为50~70 m、90~110 m和70~90 m,且两两间差异显著;野生北沙参密度在距海岸线50~70 m与90~110 m处差异不显著,但二者均显著高于70~90 m处;滨麦仅生长在距海岸线70~90 m的区域内;马唐密度在距海岸线90~110 m处显著高于50~70 m处,二者与距海岸线70~90 m处差异均不显著;海岸线距离对矮生薹草的密度影响不显著。随着距海岸线距离的增大,物种多度和丰富度显著降低,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数无显著变化。 For the effective protection and sustainable utilization of Glehnia littoralis resources,the species composition and diversity of the associated vegetation of wild G.littoralis were studied at three different distances(50-70 m,70-90 m and 90-110 m)from coastline in Dachangshan Island,Dalian through field investigation.The results showed that G.littoralis and its associated vegetation consisted of 15 species of herbs plants belonged to 15 genera from 10 families.The coastal desert plants and wide-area terrestrial plants accounted for 85.55%and 14.45%,respectively.The dominant species was Calystegia soldanella,G.littoralis,Leymus mollis,Carex pumila and Digitaria sanguinalis.The density of C.soldanella at different distance from coastline from high to low was 50-70 m,90-110 m and 70-90 m,and the difference was significant between two distances.The densities of G.littoralis at 50-70 m and 90-110 m had no significant difference,while they were all significantly higher than that of 70-90 m.L.mollis only grew at areas of 70-90 m at a distance from coastline.The density of D.sanguinal at 90-110 m was significantly higher than that of 50-70 m,and there was no significant difference between the two distance and 70-90 m.The density of C.pumila was not significantly influenced by the distance from coastline.The abundance and richness of species was significantly decreased with the increasing of distance from coastline,and there was no significant difference between Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index.
