他扎罗丁乳膏联合润肤霜治疗寻常型银屑病127例疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨局部外用他扎罗丁乳膏联合我院自制润肤霜治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法收集我院皮肤科门诊2016年3月~9月收治的127例寻常型银屑病患者,随机分为2组,治疗组局部外用他扎罗丁乳膏联合我院自制润肤霜于患处,早晚各1次,对照组仅局部外用他扎罗丁乳膏,早晚各1次。均治疗8周后,根据银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI)评分下降率进行疗效判定。结果治疗组有效率(84.6%)与对照组有效率(69.4%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论他扎罗丁乳膏联合我院自制润肤霜治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。
