高职院校档案工作信息化建设的实践及改进对策

高职院校是为国家培养输送技能人才的基地,人力资源的档案管理及学校发展情况的档案管理至关重要。当前,档案工作已经基本转变为信息化管理,这种管理方式也存在一定的隐患。针对高职院校档案信息化建设的现状,即人员不能专职专事,材料不完整、不规范,合理利用率低等,提出完善制度,增加人力财力投入,保障系统更新,增加信息化手段,拓宽受众渠道等对策措施,希望为高校的档案信息化建设起到积极作用。

Higher vocational colleges are the base for training and transporting skilled personnel for the country.The management of human resources and the development of schools is of great importance.At present,archival work has basically changed into information management.This management mode also has certain hidden trouble.In view of the present situation of the information construction of archival work in higher vocational colleges,that is,the personnel can not specialize full-time,the material is not complete,the material is incomplete,the standard is not standard,and the reasonable utilization rate is low,and so on.It is hoped that it will play a positive role in the informatization construction of archives work in colleges and universities by increasing the means of informatization and broadening the channels of audience.
