“嵌入”视角的农业专业合作社治理演化研究

A Study on the Evolution of Cooperative Governance in Agricultural Specialty from the Perspective of "Embedding"

自20世纪90年代以来,农业专业合作社发展迅速,数量呈现"井喷式"发展,但是合作社发展质量参差不齐,需要进一步提升"质"的发展。现有研究多集中于关系治理的研究,对于结构嵌入研究较少。本文以梅屿蔬菜专业合作社为例,从关系嵌入和结构嵌入两个视角来开展合作社治理研究,主要区分合作社不同发展阶段对于治理的侧重点,提出合作社在发展过程中要注意区分各个不同的发展阶段,寻求最优的治理,充分利用资源。

Since the 1990s,specialized agricultural cooperatives have developed rapidly and the quantity of cooperatives has been developing“blowout”,but the development quality of cooperatives is not uniform,so it is necessary to further improve the development of"quality".Most of the existing studies focus on relational governance,but few on structural embedding.This paper takes Meizhou vegetable specialized cooperative as an example to carry out cooperative governance research from the perspective of relational embedding and structural embedding,and mainly distinguishes the emphasis of cooperative governance in different stages of development.In the process of development,the cooperative should pay attention to distinguish different stages of development,seek the best governance and make full use of resources.
