KAP Survey on Behavior Risk of Medication use Among Residents in Kunming City

目的:了解云南省昆明市居民安全用药意识以及安全用药行为现状,为国家能针对性地开展公众安全用药健康教育相关事业提供参考。方法:培训昆明市第一人民医院药师作为调研人员,对昆明市居民进行现场问卷调研,当场回收问卷,了解其用药情况、用药意识及用药行为。结果:25.62%居民"极不赞同"问卷涉及的对药品及药品使用的看法和观点,38.10%"不赞同"这些看法和观点结论;本科及以上学历居民合理、安全用药意识高于初中及以下学历居民。从用药前和用药时的具体行为来看,仅有24.3%居民在用药前和36.30%居民在用药中"从不"进行可能导致不合理、不安全的用药行为;36.5%居民表示"从不"接触用药知识讲座或用药教育活动;学历较高与学历较低居民比较没有显著性差异,但62.22%的民居认为"有必要或极有必要"开展合理用药知识教育活动。结论:大部分居民合理、安全用药意识较好,但用药前和用药中的不良习惯较多,可能导致用药安全隐患。大部分居民平时未能较好地接受安全用药教育,但认为开展相关教育活动非常有必要。

Objective:To understand the status of safety medication awareness and safety medication behavior of residents in Kunming,Yunnan province.To provide references for the country to carry out public safety medication and health education related businesses.Methods:After the training,Kunming first people's hospital pharmacist conducted a questionnaire survey to the residents in Kunming,and reclaim questionnaire on the spot.Results:25.62%residents strongly disagree with the questionnaire's opinions and opinions on the use of drugs and drugs,38.10%disagrees with these views and conclusions.Bachelor degree or above,residents'awareness of rational and safe medication is higher than that of junior middle school or below.From the point of specific behavior before and during the drug use,only 24.3%of residents before taking drugs and 36.30%residents in the medication chose"never with irrational and unsafe drug use".The 36.5%residents showed no contact with medication knowledge lectures or drug education activities,and there was no significant difference between higher education and lower educated residents.62.22%of the residents thought"necessary or extremely necessary"to carry out rational drug use education activities.Conclusion:Most residents have a good sense of rational and safe medication,but there are many bad habits before and during medication,which may lead to hidden dangers of medication safety.Most of the residents failed to accept the education of safety and medication at ordinary times,but they thought it necessary to carry out relevant educational activities.
