摘要 目的:为临床应用米诺环素治疗牙周炎提供理论依据。方法:查阅国内外相关资料,归纳和总结米诺环素治疗牙周炎的机制及不良反应。结果与结论:米诺环素联合机械方法治疗牙周炎可以产生较好的疗效,由于米诺环素全身给药会带来许多不良反应,因此近年来局部米诺环素给药应用更多,临床局部给药治疗合并全身系统疾病的牙周炎患者逐渐成为临床治疗的新趋势。 Objective:To provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of minocycline in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods:The relevant data at home and abroad were consulted to summarize and summarize the clinical application,action mechanism and adverse reactions of minocycline in the treatment of periodontitis.Results&Conclusion:Inocycline combined with mechanical methods can produce good curative effect on periodontitis.Due to the many adverse reactions caused by systemic administration of minocycline,more local administration of minocycline has been used in recent years.On the other hand,patients with periodontitis who have been treated with local systemic disease have gradually developed into a new trend in clinical treatment.
