五水头孢唑林钠联合热淋清颗粒在治疗肾结石术后泌尿系感染中的作用探析

Effect of Hydrazolin Sodium Hydrate in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection after Nephrolithiasis

目的:探讨五水头孢唑林钠联合热淋清颗粒在治疗肾结石术后泌尿系感染中的作用。方法:本次的研究对象为2015年8月—2016年7月期间我院收治的78例肾结石术后泌尿系感染患者,根据所有患者入院治疗时间不同分为两组,对照组39例,患者采用五水头孢唑林钠进行治疗,实验组39例,患者采取五水头孢唑林钠联合热淋清颗粒进行治疗,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察,另外,同时对肌酐(Creatinine,CR)、微量蛋白尿(Microalbuminuria,DMII)与尿素氮(Urea nitrogen,UN)等肾功能相关指标水平以及不良反应发生率进行观察与比较。结果:治疗后发现,实验组的总有效率(97.44%)明显高于对照组(76.92%)(P<0.05);此外,实验组的Cr、DMII以及UN明显优于对照组(P<0.05);并且,实验组的细菌清除率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应发生率为5.13%,对照组为25.64%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五水头孢唑林钠联合热淋清颗粒应用于肾结石术后泌尿系感染中的临床治疗效果显著,且不良反应较少,值得临床进一步推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hydrazolin sodium hydrate in the treatment of urinary tract infection after nephrolithiasis.Methods:78 cases of urinary tract infections from August 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital during the period of postoperative were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 39 cases treated by five water cefazolin sodium treatment,and the experimental group with 39 patients treated by five water cefazolin sodium combined thermal spray granule treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,in addition,the creatinine(Cr),trace albuminuria(DMII)and level of urea nitrogen(UN),and other related parameters of renal function and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate(97.44%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05).In addition,the Cr,DMII and UN of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the bacterial clearance rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(25.64%)(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 5.13%in the experimental group and 25.64%in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of pentahydrate cefazolin sodium combined thermal spray clear particles used in kidney stones postoperative urinary tract infection is remarkable,with less adverse reactions,thus,it is worthy of clinical further its popularization and application.
