Clinical Pharmacists Involved in the Analysis of Clinical Anti-infection Treatment

目的:介绍临床药师在参与临床抗感染治疗中开展药学服务的体会,评价药师参与合理使用抗菌药物及临床难治性感染案例的治疗效果。方法:对临床药师参与抗感染治疗案例进行回顾性总结分析。结果:临床药师参与抗感染治疗方案制定取得明显的效果。结论:药师参与临床抗感染治疗方案的制定,对提高临床抗感染治疗的效果,确保抗感染药物的合理使用起着极大的推动作用,体现出药师参与临床药物治疗的可行性和必要性。

Objective:To introduce the experience of clinical pharmacists in participating in the clinical anti-infective therapy,and evaluates the therapeutic effect of pharmacists participating in the rational use of antibacterial drugs and clinical refractory cases.Method:Retrospective analysis and summary of the anti-infective treatment cases that the clinical pharmacists participate in was performed.Result:Clinical pharmacists took part in formulating anti-infection treatment has obvious effect.Conclusion:Pharmacists participate in the development of clinical anti-infection treatment plays an important role to improve the clinical anti-infection treatment effect and ensure the rational use of anti-infective drugs,which manifests the feasibility and necessity of pharmacist participating in clinical medication.
