摘要
室外机箱体是影响空调整机稳定性及振动噪声水平的重要方面,本文在确保仿真精度的前提下,综合考虑室外机各种激励特征,运用刚度分析、模态分析及优化分析等数值仿真手段以提升效率,指导开发了新型的空调室外机,在成本降低5%的基础上,钣金刚度提升幅度最高达2倍以上,整机振动小于原箱体,最大降幅达37%,整机噪声降低约2~3d B。
The design of outdoor unit is one of the important aspects which could influence the stability and noise&vibration level of air-conditioner.this paper considered the various excitation sourse,and put forward the optimization design by using numerical simulation,which contains the stiffness analysis,modal analysis and optimization analysis,metal rigidity increase of up to more than 2 times,the whole machine vibration is smaller than the original box,the biggest drop of 37%,the whole machine noise reduction about 2~3db(A).
