摘要
设计了一种洗头床废热回收热泵系统,该系统主要包括床体、废水取热装置、蒸发器、压缩机、冷凝器、中间换热器、热水箱、速热热水装置等部件。计算表明,该热泵的制热COP可达5.67,相对传统电热水器和燃气热水器,提高了系统能效,减少了运行成本,2~3年即可回收初投资费用。
A shampoo bed heat recovery heat pump system was designed.The system mainly includes the bed body,waste heat removal device,compressor,evaporator,condenser,intermediate heat exchanger,heat water tank,hot water device and other components.The calculation shows that the heating COP of this heat pump can reach 5.67.Compared with conventional electric water heaters and gas water heaters,the energy efficiency of the system is improved,and the operating costs are reduced and the initial investment costs can be recovered in 2-3 years.
