三明治教学法应用于肠梗阻临床带教中的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨三明治教学法应用于外科肠梗阻临床带教中的效果。方法选取广州中医药大学2014~2016级本科护生为研究对象,每级随机选取72名护生分为2组。对照组108名护生采用传统教学方法,观察组108名护生采用三明治教学法进行教学。2组护生结束外科实习后,对护生进行肠梗阻理论知识考核。2组各抽取36名护生进行带教效果满意度调查。结果 2014级、2015级、2016级观察组护生的考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生对护理教学的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三明治教学法能调动学生自主学习的积极性,提高其对教学效果的满意度,教学效果良好。 Objective To evaluate the sandwich-course in clinical teaching of intestinal obstruction for nursing students.Methods Totally 216 nursing students were selected as the research objects from academic year 2014 to year 2016.Students were randomly divided into the control group(n=36 from each academic year,totally 108)and the observation group(n=36 from each academic year,totally 108).The conventional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the sandwich-course was used in the observation for clinical teaching of intestinal obstruction.The theory test on intestinal obstruction was carried out to evaluate the teaching efficiency.The satisfactory degree of students(n=72,36 students randomly selected from each group)on clinical teaching was evaluated.Results Students from academic year 2014,2015 and year 2016 achieved higher score of theory test compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sandwich-course can create a student-learning environment for the intestinal obstruction course.It can promote the teaching efficiency in clinical teaching the intestinal obstruction course.
