足月新生儿断脐时机的研究进展

Research progress on the timing of umbilical cord clamping in full-term newborns

不同断脐时机对足月新生儿血容量、胆红素水平、窒息发生和高危新生儿有着不同的影响。在临床工作中根据新生儿的不同情况选择适合的断脐时机意义重大。本文总结了新生儿断脐时机相关研究进展,阐述早断脐和晚断脐对足月新生儿的血液灌输量、胆红素水平的影响,对未来的研究方向进行展望。

The timing of umbilical cord clamping may have varying degrees of influence on the blood volume,bilirubin level,risk of neonatal asphyxia and high-risk neonates.It is considerable to choose proper timing of umbilical cord clamping according to the neonatal condition.This article reviewed studies on timing of cutting umbilical cord in full-term newborns,and briefly illustrated the influence of early and delayed cord clamping on blood volume and bilirubin level of the full-term newborns.
