高校图书馆阅读推广馆员队伍现状及其专业化发展

Research on the Present Situation and Professional Development of Librarians Responsible for Reading Promotion Activities in University Libraries

馆员是高校图书馆阅读推广工作的主体,其专业素质是推动阅读推广工作深入发展的关键因素。从整体上看,目前高校图书馆阅读推广专业人才队伍建设滞后于阅读推广事业的步伐。针对这一现状,文章提出从顶层规划、图书馆内部支持和激励、馆员职业自觉等方面入手,加强对阅读推广馆员的专业化培养,以促进阅读推广的持续发展。

The main body of reading promotion activities in university libraries is librarians,whose professional accomplishment is a bridge and link to promote reading promotion activities.But the construction of professional team engaged in reading promotion obviously lags behind the reading promotion enterprise.So,strengthening the professional training of librarians from aspects of top-level design,library support and incentives,as well as the professional training of librarians,is an important starting point for promoting the sustainable development of reading promotion activities.
