Enlightenment of“Pygmalion Effect”and“Catfish Effect”to Break the Librarian's Burnout: Taking the Library of Anhui Agriculture University as an Example

依据比马龙效应的启示,结合马斯洛需求层次理论的第四层——尊重的需要的理论,从个体、组织两个视角提出破解职业倦怠的解决方案。重点论述基于组织的解决方案——图书馆期待应验,这是比马龙效应最新的一层理论意义。依据鲶鱼效应的启示,结合马斯洛需求层次理论的第五层——自我实现的需要的理论,以安徽农业大学图书馆的实践为例,探讨破解馆员职业倦怠的解决方案。鲶鱼效应对图书馆来说,核心在于寻找激活各类馆员实现自我价值的机制。

Based on the revelation of the Pygmalion effect,and combined with the fourth layer of the Maslow s hierarchy of needs,the theory of esteem,the paper proposes the solution to the problem of burnout from the perspective of the individual and the organization.It focuses on the solution of the organization-the expectation of the library,which is the latest theoretical significance of Pygmalion effect.On the basis of catfish effect inspiration,combined with fifth layer of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the needs of self-realization theory,taking Anhui Agriculture University library as an example,the paper discusses the solution to librarians job burnout.For the library,the core of Catfish effect is to find the activation of various types of librarians to achieve self value mechanism.
