Research on Scientific Data Management Service in “Internet+”Environment

互联网时代,新技术对科研活动产生重要影响。文章从"互联网+"的核心理念出发,简述国内外科研数据管理的研究进展,并以此为基础探讨"互联网+"环境下科研数据管理开放、共享和协同的特性,搭建科研数据共享平台模型,提出"互联网+"环境下加强科研数据开放服务、拓展科研数据众创机制、培养用户科研数据素养和保障科研数据用户安全等策略。

With the advent of the Internet era,new technology has an important impact on scientific research activities.From the core idea of“Internet plus”,this paper analyzes the research progress of data management research at home and abroad,explores research data management openness,sharing and collaboration features in“Internet plus”environment,builds scientific data sharing platform,and suggests to strengthen scientific data open service,to expand the research data of the public record mechanism,training users of scientific data literacy and scientific data security user security strategy in the“Internet plus”environment.
