Exploration of Applied Engineering Talents Training Mode under Background of Made in China 2025

在国家工业转型升级和地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的背景下,针对如何培养企业需要的工程技术人才,分析我国现有工科培养模式,指出现有模式与工业转型之间的脱节,提出应用型工科人才培养要发挥应用型本科特点,适应工业企业需求,强调实践和理论结合,为应用型本科院校培养工科人才提供新的思路。

Under the background of national industrial transformation and application change of college,aiming at engineering and technical personnel training enterprise needs,the existing engineering training mode were analyzed,the gap between the existing mode and industrial restructuring were pointed out.A new argument was putted forward that cultivate the applied engineering talents should exert the application-oriented features and meet the needs of industrial enterprises,emphasizes the combination of theory and practice.
