A Study of Xi Jinping's View on Youth Education

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在多个场合强调要用崇高的理想信念、社会主义核心价值观、中华优秀传统文化、法治思想等教育青年,形成了独具特色的青年教育观。当前,贯彻落实习近平的青年教育观有利于坚持和发展马克思主义经典作家的青年教育思想、指明中国特色社会主义青年运动方向、培养"又红又专"的中国特色社会主义事业接班人和建设者以及促进广大青年成长成才。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has on many occasions stressed the importance of helping the youth to form lofty ideals and beliefs,internalize the core socialist values,draw upon the fine traditional culture and to increase their legal consciousness.Xi Jinping's unique view on youth education is a continuation and development of classic Marxist writers'thoughts on youth education and it points to the correct direction of socialist youth movement with Chinese characteristics and guides colleges and universities on the path of creating both socialist-minded and professionally competent successors to and builders of our socialist cause.
