边境特殊群体涉毒犯罪问题研究——以云南边境为例

Drug-related Crime Made by Special Groups at Frontiers——A Case of Yunnan Border

受社会流动性加大、就业压力增强等诸多因素影响,社会上一些处于弱势地位的特殊群体被毒品犯罪分子所利用,沦为其毒品犯罪的工具。如何预防和减少以及有效遏制特殊群体涉毒犯罪,是我国禁毒工作面临的严峻问题。文章以云南边境特殊群体涉毒犯罪为切入点,对其犯罪态势及原因进行分析研究,以期为打击特殊群体涉毒犯罪提供帮助。

The socially disadvantaged groups,because of intense social mobility and employment pressure,are used by the drug dealers and thus involved in the drug-related crimes.How to reduce and prevent this is a serious problem to solve.With the case analysis of the special groups involved in drug crimes in the Yunnan border areas,the situation and causes are analyzed to provide suggestions for this work.
