A Millitary-power-based Devision of Zheng State History

郑国是春秋时期重要的诸侯国,纵观春秋二百多年的郑国发展史,其既有过庄公小霸时期的辉煌,也有过朝楚暮晋的囧境,以至于到春秋晚期的衰落。然而,春秋时期郑国因军事实力强大,始终是诸侯争霸的焦点。郑国军事实力的发展具有明显的阶段性,而阶段性的特点恰好能反映郑国在不同阶段的政治、经济、综合国力,以及所处的外部环境状况。因此,以军事实力为基准对春秋时期郑国的发展进行分析,能够清晰的展示郑国阶段性的发展状况,对郑国史研究有一定的现实意义。

Zheng State is an important vassal state during the Spring and Autumn Period.Throughout the development history of Zheng State during more than two hundred years in the Spring and Autumn Period,there is not only Lord Zhuang’s magnificent period of glory but also the difficult time when they have to switch oath of service between Chu and Jin and their final declining at the later period.The development of Zheng State’s military strength has obvious stage characteristics,which can precisely reflect Zheng’s political,economic,and overall national strength and the state of the external environment at different stages.Therefore,based on the military strength,the state of Zheng State’s development can be clearly demonstrated through analyzing the development of Zheng State during the Spring and Autumn Period,which have certain practical significance for studying the Zheng state’s history.
