摘要
目的了解不同层次护生实习前的焦虑程度,以便有针对性地对护生进行实习前心理评估和指导,为提高护生心理健康水平提供参考,促进其尽快适应实习生活。方法对即将进入临床实习的414名本、专科护生进行焦虑现状调查,并与全国大学生常模进行比较。结果实习前本科护生特质焦虑程度高于全国常模(t=2.07,P<0.05),专科护生状态焦虑低于全国常模(t=-4.06,P<0.05),本科护生的状态焦虑和特质焦虑得分均高于专科护生。结论本科护生实习前焦虑程度较高,而专科护生焦虑程度较低。因此,应更加注重本科护生实习前的心理监控和指导,帮助其顺利进入实习期。
Objective To investigate the anxiety degree of the nursing students at different levels before internship so as to help them adapt to the life of internship by giving them the targeted psychological assessment and guidance and providing references for improving their mental health before internship.Methods The status quo of anxiety was investigated among the 414 undergraduate and three-year-program nursing students who are going into the period of internship and the results were compared with the national norm of college students.Results Compared with the national norm of college students,the status-trait anxiety of the undergraduate nursing students before internship was significantly greater(t=2.07,P<0.05),while that of the three-year-program nursing students was significantly less(t=-4.06,P<0.05).The scores of the status and trait anxiety among the undergraduate nursing students were higher than those of the three-year-program nursing students.Conclusion The anxiety degree of the undergraduate nursing students is high while that of the three-year-program nursing students is low.Therefore,more efforts should be made to enhance the psychological monitoring and guidance of the undergraduate nursing students before internship so as to help them adapt to the life of internship more successfully.
