循证护理在小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Children with Hand-foot-mouth Disease Combined with Encephalitis

目的:探究循证护理在小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中的应用效果。方法:将2016年1月-2017年3月笔者所在医院收治的84例小儿手足口病合并脑炎患儿纳入研究,按照盲选法将患儿分为两组,每组42例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患儿的神经系统恢复正常时间、疱疹消退时间、退热时间、住院时间均短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度为95.24%,明显高于对照组的71.43%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿手足口病合并脑炎患儿实施循证护理,能够促进患儿康复,值得采纳应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in children with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis in nursing.Method:From January 2016 to March 2017,84 children with hand-foot-mouth disease complicated by encephalitis treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study,and were divided into two groups according to the blind selection method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The neurological recovery time,herpes elimination time,fever reduction time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based care for children with hand-foot-mouth disease combined with encephalitis can promote the rehabilitation of children and is worth of adopting.
