手术室护理路径在腹腔镜手术护理中的应用

The Application of Operating Room Nursing Path in the Laparoscopic Surgery Nursing

目的:对腹腔镜手术开展中手术护理路径的应用效果进行探讨。方法:依据护理差异,将2015年7月-2017年7月在笔者所在医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的52例患者分为两组,25例展开常规护理为基础组,27例以手术室护理路径展开护理为路径组,对比两组护理效果。结果:路径组并发症发生率7.41%,与基础组的24.00%对比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);路径组对护理服务满意度96.30%,较基础组的76.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者,于手术护理路径下展开护理可促进手术安全性的提升,并能提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of surgical nursing path in laparoscopic surgery.Method:On the basis of treatment differences,52 cases of patients from July 2017 to July 2015 in our hospital undergoing laparoscopic surgery were divided into the two groups,25 cases of regular nursing group for base group,27 cases of nursing care in operating room nursing pathway for path group,compared two groups of nursing effect.Result:Complications rate of path group 7.41%,24.00%in the path group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The route group expressed satisfaction of 96.30%,compared with 76.00%in the base group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,nursing care can promote the improvement of surgical safety and improve the patient’s satisfaction of nursing.
