宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Hysteroscopic Polypectomy for Endometrial Polyps

目的:探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术的疗效。方法:选取2016年12月-2017年9月笔者所在医院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者91例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组行宫腔镜检查+诊刮术;观察组行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、月经量、治疗效果、复发率。结果:两组患者月经量均有减少,与对照组比较,观察组月经量减少程度较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗效果比较,观察组有效率为96.08%,优于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月观察组复发率(3.92%)低于对照通组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切手术效果明显,患者经量减少,降低术后复发率,是一种行之有效的手术方案。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 91 cases of endometrial polyps treated in our hospital from December 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The control group received hysteroscopy and curettage,and the observation group received hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.The operation time,blood loss,hospitalization time,menstrual volume,treatment effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The menstrual volume of the two groups decreased,compared with the control group,the observation group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was better than 82.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate(3.92%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(20%)at 12 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps has obvious effect,can reduce the menstrual volume and reduce the recurrence rate.It is an effective surgical scheme.
