中西医结合治疗眼挫伤玻璃体出血的效果观察

Curative Effect Research of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicines in the Treatment of Vitreous Hemorrhag

目的:观察中药和西药配合治疗眼挫伤玻璃体出血的临床疗效。方法:将60例眼挫伤玻璃体出血的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组用西药治疗,治疗组用中药和西药配合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比单纯西医治疗,中西医结合治疗眼球钝挫伤玻璃体出血可提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To discuss curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of traumatic intraocular hemorrhage.Method:A total of 30 patients(30 eyes)in the observation group received integrated Chinese and western medicines treatment,and 30 patients(30 eyes)in thewestern medicine group received western medicine therapy.Result:The total effective rate of 30 eyes in the observation group was 93.3%,and the total effectiverate of 30 eyes in the western medicine group was 70.0%,the total effective rate of eyes in the observation group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicines in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhag can improve curative effect,it is worthy of promotion.
