CFRP加固PBL剪力连接件的抗拉拔性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 试验共制作了8个试件,其中包含4个CFRP加固后的PBL剪力连接件与4个未加固的PBL剪力连接件。使用一套液压加载装置进行了测试试验,测得了试件的极限抗拉拔承载力、相对位移,观察分析了试件的破坏模式,并比较了CFRP加固前后不同埋置深度对试件极限抗拉拔承载力、初始开裂荷载以及破坏模式的影响。试验结果表明:CFRP加固后,PBL剪力连接件的抗拉拔性能显著提升,加固前后试件的极限抗拉拔承载力最高可增加66.9%;不同埋置深度CFRP加固的效果不同,埋置深度较浅的PBL剪力连接件的加固效果优于埋置深度较深的PBL剪力连接件。 A total of eight specimens were tested,including four CFRP-reinforced PBL shear connectors and four unreinforced PBL shear connectors.A set of laboratory self-designed monotonous loading device was used for ultimate pull out bearing capacity,relative displacement and failure mode.The effect of different embedment depths on the ultimate pull out bearing capacity,initial cracking load and failure modes of CFRP specimens before and after CFRP reinforcement was compared.The test results show that the CFRP reinforcement can effectively increase the ultimate pull out bearing capacity of the specimen,and the ultimate pull out bearing capacity of the specimen before and after strengthening can be increased by 66.9%.At the same time,it is shown that CFRP reinforcement with different embedment depths has different effects.PBL shear connectors with shallow embedment depth are better than those with deep embedment depths.
