摘要
为了研究矩形镀锌钢管高温后的扭转性能,设计并制作了一批试样,对其进行了拟静力试验。通过对不同温度矩形镀锌钢管的扭转试验,分析了长细比、钢管厚度等参数对矩形镀锌钢管扭转性能的影响。分析发现,矩形镀锌钢管扭矩-扭转角曲线分为弹性扭转阶段、屈服强化阶段和下降阶段3个阶段,试样长细比对其扭转性能没有影响,矩形镀锌钢管扭转强度随着受热温度升高而降低。通过将高温前后矩形镀锌钢管的屈服强度与理论公式计算值进行比较发现,高温情况下,试验测得的强度折减系数大于英国ECCS、澳大利亚AS4100和中国CECS 200:2006等规范的推荐值。
To study the torsional behavior of square galvanized steel pipe,specimens were tested under quasi-static test.The influencing parameters such as slenderness ratio,steel pipe thickness and so on were also investigated.Based upon the test results,the torquetorsion angle curves of square galvanized steel pipe were analyzed.It is found that the torque-torsion angle curves of square galvanized steel pipe mainly include three phases:elastic torsion phase,yielding strengthening phase and declining phase.Slenderness ratios of specimens don’t influence the torsional behavior.The ultimate torsional strength of square galvanized steel pipe decreases with the increasing of temperature.Compared with theoretical formula,strength reduction factor is higher than that of ECCS(England),AS4100(Australia)and CECS 200:2006(China).
