Teaching Exploration of Project-based Curriculum of "Wine Equipment Use and Maintenance" in Higher Vocational Education

《葡萄酒设备使用与维护》课程是宁夏葡萄酒与防沙治沙职业技术学院酿酒技术专业的核心课程。文章通过分析传统教学方法存在的问题,提出了项目化教学改革的具体实施方案,同时结合课程考核评价,旨在推动《葡萄酒设备使用与维护》项目化教学改革的不断发展。

Curriculum of"Wine Equipment Use and Maintenance"is a core curriculum of wine-making technology speciality.In this paper,problems of traditional teaching method were analyzed,implementation plan of project-based educational reform was proposed,and assessment and evaluation system was introduced,aiming to promote development of the educational reform.
