青龙寺煤矿高效工作面矿压规律实测研究

摘要 为了研究青龙寺煤矿高效综采工作面矿压规律,通过实测5#煤520101工作面液压支架阻力、顶板来压强度、巷道变形量等参数,进行了综合分析。实测分析表明:支架实际工作阻力较低,基本顶来压时动载系数平均为1.21,来压强度不高,支架工作阻力在周期来压和非周期来压均成线性趋势增加,但来压强度变化不大,属于较容易管理类顶板。巷道的表面收敛变形量较小,巷道基本稳定,支护参数满足要求。结合该工作面矿压显现规律的分析,提出了相应的改进措施,为工作面顶板安全管理和高效回采提供了保障。 In order to study the strata behavior regularity in high efficiency fully mechanized mining face in Qinglongsi coal mine,the resistance of hydraulic support,roof weighting intensity,roadway deformation and other parameters of No.520101 working face were measured.The comprehensive analysis shows that the actual working resistance of the hydraulic support is low,the average dynamic load coefficient is 1.21,the working resistance of the hydraulic support increases linearly with the periodic pressure and the non periodic pressure,the pressure intensity changes little,the roof is easier to manage,the convergence and deformation of the roadway is smaller,the roadway is basically stable,and the support parameters meet the requirements.Combined with the analysis of the strata behavior regularity in the working face,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward,which provides a guarantee for the roof safety management and high efficiency mining of the working face.
