柔模泵注混凝土支护的沿空留巷技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着沿空留巷技术的推广应用,目前国内外在沿空留巷研究与应用中存在的各种问题也随之涌现,如巷旁支护初撑力小、密闭性差、系统复杂等。针对这些问题,以下峪口煤矿21210工作面进风联巷为工程背景,研究柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术在实际中的应用。实践表明,巷旁支护在对顶板岩层起支承作用的同时,也在适应顶板岩层的下沉运动,保障顶板岩层的完整性。本设计的柔模支护充分利用柔性模板的透水不透浆特性,有效地控制围岩变形,保证后期安全生产,有效地回收煤柱,提高回采率,缓解采掘接续紧张关系,直接创造经济效益341万元。该技术的成功应用,对类似工程条件的无煤柱护巷技术具有一定的理论指导意义和参考价值。 With the popularization and application of gob-side entry retaining at home and abroad,the problems,such as insufficient setting force of roadside support,poor tightness and complex system etc were appeared in the application of gob-side entry retaining.Following No.21210 working face in xiayukou mine as engineering background,the application of the gob-side entry retaining technology based on flexible formwork and pumped concrete supporting was researched.Practice shows that the roadside support of flexible formwork and pumped concrete can maintain the integrity of the roof rock.By using the characteristics of flexible formwork,the surrounding rock was effectively controlled,the coal pillar was recovered,the recovery rate was improved,the tension relationship between mining and tunneling was relived,the safety production was guaranteed,and the economic benefits of RMB 3.41 million was created.The support technology of flexible formwork and pumped concrete has a certain theoretical significance and reference value to the similar engineering conditions.
