综采工作面临空巷道围岩变形破坏特性及其控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决综采工作面临空回采巷道围岩变形量大的难题,基于黄陵矿业一号煤矿623进风顺槽地质条件,理论分析了综采临空巷道在使用期间受两区段工作面开采影响围岩应力分布及巷道变形破坏的原因。在此基础上,提出临空巷道围岩复合主动支护方案,并对支护参数进行了优化分析,最后将其应用于现场工业性试验中。试验结果显示,临空巷道围岩在掘进和回采期间均得到了有效地控制,巷道围岩变形不大,表明复合主动支护系统设计方案合理,能够有效地改变临空区侧巷道围岩的弹塑性,减小巷道围岩变形,保证了工作面安全高效生产。 In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock of roadway near goaf in fully mechanized mining face,based on the geological conditions of the airflow roadway in No.623 mining face of Huangling No.1 coal mine,the stress distribution of surrounding rock and deformation and damage of roadway near goaf which affected by the mining was analyzed,then,the composite active support scheme of roadway near goaf was proposed,and the support parameters were optimized,finally,the scheme was applied to the field industrial test.The test shows that the design scheme of composite active support system is reasonable,which can reduce the deformation of surrounding rock,and ensure the safe and efficient production of the working face.
