Improvement test of oil supply system for ZYJ-1000/2000 drilling rig

为了尽可能缩短下峪口煤矿防突工作面防突钻孔的施工周期,降低工人劳动强度,提高防突工作面掘进单进水平,缓解采掘接替。通过对传统的防突钻孔施工工艺进行优化改进,并在下峪口煤矿21218进顺掘进工作面进行了试验。结果表明:改进后的防突钻孔施工时间较传统施工时间减少了50%左右,节约了油箱泵站的搬运时间,大幅度降低了工人的劳动强度。

In Xiayukou coal mine,in order to shorten the construction period of outburst prevention drillings,reduce the labor intensity,and improve the tunneling level for outburst prevention mining face,the traditional outburst prevention drilling construction system was improved.The test in No.21218 tunneling face of Xiayukou coal mine shows that after improvement of outburst prevention drilling construction system,the drilling construction time was reduced about 50%,the handling time of the oil tank pump station was saved,and the labor intensity of the workers was greatly reduced.
