摘要
久益采煤机液压油箱原设计冷却水道为一根2英寸的钢管,冷却面积小、效果差;其弯角连接处采用管螺纹联接,长期水锈蚀出现渗漏,会导致设备无法正常运行。通过弯制钢管替代管螺纹连接,增加一回冷却水道和科学的焊接工艺实施了对液压油箱冷却系统的改造,经济效益明显。
The cooling water channel of the Joy shearer is a 2 inch steel pipe,the cooling area is small,and the effect is poor.The bending angle of cooling water channel is connected by pipe thread,and long-term rusting leakage causes the equipment to run out of normal operation.By bending steel pipe to replace the pipe thread connection and adding a cooling water channel,the cooling system of the hydraulic oil tank was reformed,and the obvious economic benefit was obtained.
