摘要
结合煤矿生产特点,建立了基于行为的安全管理模式。根据该模式,以补连塔煤矿区队安全管理为研究对象,对员工不安全行为进行了辨识、测量、干预及反馈,实现了对不安全行为的闭合循环管控。
Combined with the characteristics of coal mine production,the safety management mode based on behavior was built.Taking coal mine safety management as the research object,the identification,measurement,intervention and feedback of the employee’s unsafe behavior were carried out,and the closed loop control of unsafe behavior was realized.
