Enriching the cultural life of the miners is an important way for coal mine enterprises to improve the quality of workers’life and build harmonious mining area.Through the analysis of the characteristics of coal mine enterprise miner’s cultural life,taking the exploration and practice of“three combination”,that is,soft and hard,wide and special,elegance and vulgarity in Huangling Mining Company as an example,the coal mine enterprises to enrich the cultural life of workers was discussed.
