摘要
在不断深化国有企业改革、推进混合所有制经济的宏观背景下,越来越多的国有企业转换经营机制、提高运行效率,尝试通过参股、控股等方式实现企业的混合所有制改革,从而放大国有资本功能,优化国有经济布局,增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力和抗风险能力。但由于不同所有制下的企业在目标、价值观及管理模式上存在客观上的诸多差异,所以,重组后的国有控股企业在文化整合方面会产生一系列的问题。如何理性看待这种文化的碰撞,通过什么样的方式能够促进企业文化整合,是重组后的国有控股企业必须应对的一项重要课题。
Under the macro background of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and promoting the mixed ownership economy,more and more state-owned enterprises transform management mechanism,improve operational efficiency,try to achieve the mixed ownership reform through equity participation and holding,so as to enlarge the function of state-owned capital,optimize the layout of state-owned economy,and enhance the vitality,control,influence and risk resistance of state-owned economy.Because there are many differences in objectives,values and management modes of enterprises under different ownership,there will be a series of problems in the cultural integration of the restructured state-owned holding enterprises.How to rationally treat this cultural collision and how to promote the integration of corporate culture is an important topic for restructured state-owned holding enterprises.
