摘要
在海上油田油气生产设施中,许多设备是靠电能、液压能、气能、机械能、化学能或热能来驱动或含有危险能源如高压油、气管线。为了避免在设备安装、调试、维修保养期间意外的能量释放,从而不引起人员伤亡、设备损坏、环境污染,作业前,必须要在源头将各类能量源进行隔离后加隔离锁定用具锁定的方式进行作业。对海上油气生产设施的隔离与锁定进行综述,根据作业程度的大小,可以采用单重隔离锁定、多重隔离锁定或采用不同锁定用具的方法,保证隔离锁定在能量释放位置阻止各类能量的意外释放。
In offshore oil and gas production facilities,many devices use electric energy,hydraulic energy,gas energy,mechanical energy,chemical energy or heat to drive or contain dangerous energy such as high pressure oil and gas pipeline.In order to avoid the suddenly release of energy during equipment installation,commissioning and maintenance,so as not to cause casualties,equipment damage,environmental pollution,it is necessary to isolate all kinds of energy sources at the source,and then lock the operations by implement LOTO(Lock-out&Tag-out)before operation.This paper summarizes the LOTO operation of the offshore oil and gas production facilities,single or multiple isolation&lock methods would be used in according to operation situation,to prevent suddenly energy release.
