论空气流动动能对燃气热水器燃烧工况的影响

摘要 大升数强鼓型燃气热水器,因对于燃烧负荷的要求较高,燃烧所需的燃烧器多采用多排数。燃气热水器因结构布置的限制,风机口的布置位置很难对每个单片火排实现均衡供风,提高风机转速,正对供风口位置的燃烧器单片,受到高速流动二次空气的干扰,燃烧工况变差,火焰不稳定,且出现单片燃烧器纵向不同位置火焰高度不一致,远离进风口位置的燃烧器单片二次供风可能会不足,从而导致燃烧不完全,并且燃气热水器在满负荷状态下因二次空气供给不均衡会导致烟气偏高。通过对大升速强制鼓风式燃气热水器的进风动能进行调整,以解决上述所描述问题。 The large number of strong drum type gas water heater,because of the high requirement for burning load,the combustion required for the burner to use multiple rows.Fan mouth water heater burning gas because of the limitation of the structure arrangement,the arrangement of the position it is difficult to row for each single chip fire balanced for wind,increasing the fan rotation speed,is opposite for monolithic tuyere location burner,interference by the secondary air flow,combustion condition,the flame instability,and a single burner at different location of the vertical flame height,away from the inlet position of the burner monolithic twice for the wind may be inadequate,leading to incomplete combustion,and gas water heater in full load condition due to the secondary air supply imbalance will lead to smoke on the high side.In order to solve the problem described above,it can be adjusted to the inlet air of the high speed forced blast gas water heater.
