摘要
通过对瓦楞纸板生产线进行改进,解决了传统瓦楞纸板生产线在生产九层瓦楞纸板时存在的热交换效率差、对齐困难、定型困难、双面机上下输送带速度不一致等问题,并对生产出来的九层瓦楞纸板的楞型结构尺寸、耐破强度和边压强度等指标进行了检测。
When using traditional corrugated fiberboard production line to produce nine layers corrugated fiberboard,there are some problems such as poor heat exchange efficiency,aligning difficulty,finalizing difficulty and conveyer belts speed inconsistency of double facer machine.These problems were solved with improvements.Finally,the corrugated structure size,collapsing strength and edgewise crush resistance of nine layers corrugated fiberboard were measured and tested.
