摘要
主要研究TBM刀盘盘形滚刀载荷大小的一种计算方法以及在仿真分析时载荷加载的方式,并且阐述了该方法相比之前研究的优越性。在研究过程中以掘进机刀盘上滚刀受力模型为基础,采用一种在工程实践中表现出良好精度的CSM预测公式得出刀盘的受载的方式及大小。除此之外,以"引松供水"工程中的DZ101敞开式TBM为例,给出计算结果。
This paper mainly studies a method of calculating the weight of the TBM disc cutter load,and the way of applying the TBM disc cutter load in the simulation analysis.The superiority of this method compared to the previous research is also illustrated.During the research,based on the force model on the disc cutter head of a tunneling boring machine,a CSM prediction formula that shows good accuracy in engineering practice is used to work out the way and size of the cutter head loaded.In addition,this article takes the DZ101 open-type-TBM in"Songhua River Water Transfer Project"as an example,and calculates the results.
