摘要
在工业自动化控制中,PLC、触摸屏与变频器之间的控制组合,在微观上实现数据之间的互通,宏观上实现了生产过程的可视自动化。定义他们之间的通信协议,设置他们的通讯方式,使之三者之间可以实现数据联动,成为自动控制的前提。以三菱FX2N-48MR PLC、三菱FR-A500变频器与三菱F940GOT型触摸屏为例,呈现PLC、触摸屏与变频器之间的通信,实现他们三者之间运行过程的控制及运行状态的监控。
In the industrial automation control,the control combination of PLC,touch screen and VFD can realize the intercommunication between the data on the micro level,and realize the visual automation of the production process macroscopically.Define communication protocols between them,set their communication methods,and make the data linkage between them,which becomes the premise of automatic control.This paper takes MITSUBISHI FX2N-48MR PLC,MITSUBISHI FR-A500 and MITSUBISHI F940GOT inverter type touch screen as an example,presents communications among PLC,touch screen and VFD,control and monitor the running state between the three of them.
