This paper introduces the upgrading and transformation of the output data of the roll shape after grinding the aluminum foil mill roll.Using the development of SIEMENS PLC-300 and WINCC6.0 software and hardware,it can achieve binary data acquisition and discrete data to continuous analog data conversion process,and access and application of data blocks.It also introduces the special application skills of WINCC6.0 in dealing with communication data,friendly transmission of human-machine interface and so on.
