摘要
滚动轴承由于其摩擦阻力小、能耗低、维修方便、质量可靠等特点,在旋转机械中得到广泛的应用。其失效将对设备造成严重的事故,进而对生产带来严重的损失。结合石化厂电机滚动轴承失效的实例,通过系统总结滚动轴承失效的原因,并对其可能原因运用ABLT-1A型轴承寿命强化试验机进行模拟实验分析,最终提出轴承失效的根本原因和过程,从而提出了有效的维护措施,预防同类安全事故的重复发生。
Rolling bearings are widely used in rotary machines due to their little frictional resistance,low energy consumption,conveniently maintenance and reliable quality.Their failure will cause serious accidents to the equipment,which will further lead to severe losses to the production.In this paper,the failure of roller bearing in petrochemical plant is analyzed and the causes of are summarized systematically.ABLT-1A bearing life hardening tester is used to simulate and analyze.Finally,the critical reason and process of bearing failure are proposed and effective maintenance measures are presented to prevent the recurrence of similar safety accidents.
