摘要
针对某飞机在地面低速滑行过程中出现的主机轮安装轴套损伤问题,对其损伤表面进行分光检查及可能产生的原因进行论证分析,并通过现场试验的方法逐一排除可能造成轴套损伤的因素,在此基础上确定造成轴套损伤的主要因素并提出解决措施。
Based on the structural damage of the shaft sleeves which are used in the airplane wheel on a specific airplane,Spectral check is conducted on the damage surfaces and the probable reasons are analyzed,All relevant factors reducing shaft sleeves to the damage are checked by the locale tests as well.Finally,the factors for the shaft sleeves damage are determined and related solution actions are presented.
