KR法铁水脱硫搅拌装置轴承故障分析及改进对策

摘要 针对宝钢湛江炼钢厂KR法铁水脱硫搅拌装置连续发生多起轴承故障的情况,通过使用Fluke Ti200红外热像仪对轴承处于待机和工作状态下外部温度场检测,对轴承内部润滑情况进行现场检查,得出了轴承润滑不良是引起轴承故障主要原因的结论,提出了消除轴承润滑路径设计缺陷等相应改进对策,取得了良好的改进效果,对于同类轴承的润滑路径设计优化具有参考意义。 According to the series of malfunction on the stirring apparatus bearing for the KR method of liquid iron desulfurization in the steel-making plant of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,through the use of InfraCAM Fluke Ti200 to testing the external temperature field of the bearing when the device was in standby and working.Through the on-the-spot investigation to confirming the lubrication condition inside the bearing.Through the above analysis,it was concluded that the failure of bearing lubrication was the main cause of bearing failure.By proposing the improvement measures such as eliminating the design defect of bearing lubrication path,the improvement effect was satisfactory.This may provide certain reference meanings to design optimization of bearing lubrication path of similar bearings.
