妊娠相关脑卒中的病因及病理机制研究进展

Research progress in etiology and pathology of pregnancy-related stroke

脑卒中是妊娠的严重并发症,主要发生在妊娠期及产褥期。妊娠相关脑卒中的致残率和致死率较高,其病因及病理机制复杂。妊娠相关脑卒中的病因大多为种族和年龄、传统脑血管危险因素、妊娠特有的脑卒中危险因素及其他危险因素。妊娠相关脑卒中病理机制复杂,涉及血液系统、内分泌系统及免疫系统的变化。本文就妊娠相关脑卒中的病因及病理机制做一综述。

Stroke is a serious complication of pregnancy,which occurs mainly in pregnancy and puerperium.The morbidity and mortality of pregnancy-related stroke is high and its etiology and pathology are complex.Majority of these strokes are secondary to race and age,conventional cerebrovascular risk factors,pregnancy-specific stroke risk factors and other risk factors.The pathology of pregnancy-related strokes is complicated involving changes in the blood system,endocrine system and immune system.This article reviews the etiology and pathology of pregnancy-related stroke.
