磷脂酶Cγ-2对B细胞的作用及临床应用

摘要 受体编辑是B细胞免疫耐受发展的主要机制。大量研究表明,受体编辑异常与恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病和免疫缺陷病的发病机制有关,其中磷脂酶Cγ-2(PLCγ2)是前BCR和BCR受体转导途径的重要分子,对B细胞及受体编辑起调节作用。因此,明确磷脂酶Cγ-2对受体编辑的作用可为相关疾病的早期临床诊断和治疗提供理论依据。 Receptor editing is the main mechanism of B cells in the development of immune tolerance.A large number of studies have shown that abnormalities in receptor editing are associated with the pathogenesis of malignancies,autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency disorders,in which,phospholipase Cγ-2(PLCγ2)is an important molecule of the pre-BCR and BCR receptor transduction pathways and plays a regulatory role in B cell and receptor editing.Therefore,understanding phospholipase Cγ-2,role on receptor editing can provide a theoretical basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
