摘要
针对新型装备故障诊断难的问题,将机内测试(BIT)诊断与故障案例诊断融合的推理机制引入到新型装备故障诊断系统设计中,以装备BIT诊断为前导,故障案例推理为后置补充的结合方式,建立BIT和故障案例融合推理模型;充分利用基于总线技术的装备BIT系统和从维修记录中提取的案例知识,提高故障诊断精确度和效率;通过典型火炮故障诊断实例分析,验证了基于BIT和案例融合的综合诊断系统的诊断效能。
In order to solve the problem of difficult to find the new equipment faults,the reasoning mechanism based on Built-In Test(BIT)diagnosis and fault cases diagnosis integration was introduced into equipment fault diagnosis.The BIT diagnosis was taken as leading.The fault cases diagnosis was taken as post supplement.The advantage of equipment BIT system and fault case knowledge extracted from the maintenance records was taken.The integration fault diagnosis system was designed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.The effectiveness of BIT and fault cases fusion diagnosis method was verified by fault diagnosis example analysis of a certain type gun fire control system.
